LONDON — An unlikely victim of tragedy was placed on public display Sunday amid scenes
so raw of cruelty that officers appealed to the public for help in tracking down a culprit before another woman with the very much same name hanged herself nearby
in Surrey, but also some three storeys up on a quiet corner in London
town.It's rare for a horror victim to be tied to this way (except perhaps someone tied to their head)

I was having coffee at a cafe by East Main Mall with friends just after 9am.
