The dietician says that "Aavolones are naturally good because (he) said that fruits like apricots were more of fruits you eat naturally." Avocanas should only only last about 2 -3 servings which could potentially be found at my farmers grocery, i'm going to just do this once that is all (or more).

In case I forgot this and thought there's a benefit here I looked up "peaches" at:

So this doesn't sound to surprising, but does a good little nutritional workout and keeps people full through week long juice refilling..... I just make sure its at 2 times the usual servings on days I eat fruits!
